After upgrade of gnucash, I get the following error:

dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.0.dylib
  Referenced from: /opt/local/bin/gnucash-bin
  Reason: image not found

What is the result of the following command? 

port installed gtk2

Please try the following: 

sudo port selfupdate
sudo port upgrade outdated
