configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --without-nfs, --with-distribution
KFontInstall control module got disabled from compilation because of missing FreeType 2.x libraries/headers. You can download the freetype library from http://www.freetype.org/.
You're missing libsmbclient from samba 3.0 KDE will not be able to browse windows shares without it, consider installing it. Look at kioslave/smb/libsmbclient-HOWTO.txt
