gnutls certtool shadows system certtool — at Initial Version

Description
Port gnutls installs a command 'certtool' which is quite different than the osx 'certtool':
"certtool - create key pairs, certificates and certificate signing
requests for use with Keychains"
gnutls' version does not integrate with keychain.
