htop doesn't work after install — at Version 2

When I run htop after install I get this error: 

htop(27913) malloc: *** error for object 0x100cf0: pointer being freed was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug

Specs: Snow Leopard 10.6.7
