rb-rails rb-activesupport checksum error

I've tried to install rb-rails. rb-activesupport is a dependency. The error mentions that there is a checksum mismatch.

This looks to be similar to 27219.

I did a clean just to be sure before trying again but got the same error.

I hope the log contains sufficient information.
