On Lion texlive-bin -motif fails to build with the error:
ld: library not found for -lXmu
installing xorg-libXmu then results in the error:
checking for Xaw headers... yes checking for SimpleClassPart.extension... yes checking for XawInitializeWidgetSet in -lXaw... no checking for XawTextReplace in -lXaw... no configure: error: Sorry, you will need at least the Xaw header/library files to compile xdvik.
installing xorg-libXaw then results in a successful build.
