update hs-cabal and it's dependencies to newest version

GHC has been updated to 7.4.2 which resolves a long standing ticket.

This update breaks hs-cabal. Updating hs-cabal is high priority because without it ghc is a lot less useful.

I've attached updated ports for hs-cabal and it's dependencies, most of the updates are just version bumps. Here is a list of affected ports:

• hs-cabal
• hs-HTTP
• hs-mtl
• hs-network
• hs-parsec
• hs-random
• hs-text
• hs-transformers

If you are the maintainer of any of these ports, please make the appropriate updates or comment on this ticket giving permission for the changes to me made.

I hope to be an active maintainer of both GHC and the haskell ecosystem so please consider adding open-maintainer to your ports if it is convenient for you. If you really don't want full open maintainer permissions, please also consider adding my name (gmail.com:kitchen.andy) to the maintainer list so GHC updates can be as smooth as possible.
