gegl-0.2.0_1 fails building on a 10.5.8 PPC — at Initial Version

Description
While ticket #35148 "gegl 0.2.0_0 Syntax error before 'AVAILABLE_MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_6_AND_LATER'" is still open, a version 0.2.0_1 utilising exiv2 was issued, however, this fails with these two complaints:
