ffmeg Not Build on 10.8.3 — at Initial Version

Description
My Setup is a Mac OSX 10.8.3 running MacPorts 2.1.3 using Xcode 4.6.1 gcc version 4.2.1 by Apple. I receive the following error message building ffmpeg:
