Hi 

port clean pango && port build pango

(and port clean pango && port build pango configure.compiler=llvm-gcc-4.2)
all produces 

"Pango-1.0.gir:39:34: error: Line 39, character 34: The attribute 'name' on the element 'type' must be specified"

System is 10.7.5, Xcode-Version is 4.6.3
