    1 Revision _08 works correctly, so the workaround is to install _08.  Use the procedure in reply #10 above, worked easily for me.  Note, the last changeset in _08 is @111272, this is the port file I grabbed, along with a single patch file in the subdirectory.

    3 Caution, _08 is only compiled against gfortran 4.7, so 4.8 users would need to back their compiler down to gfortran 4.7.  Not a problem for me because gfortran 4.7 was left in our system under an alternate name.
