This issue has nothing to do with p5.18-image-exiftool. Python is not involved with that port.

Indeed the problem appears to be that you have an old port installed - you need to uninstall it.

--->  py25-gtk is replaced by py25-pygtk

sudo port uninstall py25-gtk
