Need to install p5.18-image-exiftool @9.540.0_0 for ResourceSpace. Error comes back:

This issue has nothing to do with p5.18-image-exiftool. Python is not involved with that port.
Indeed the problem appears to be that you have an old port installed - you need to uninstall it.
Since Trac is not for tech support, follow-up on the Macports Users mailing list if you still need help.
