cmake: sh: /bin/ps: Operation not permitted

CMake configuration contains

sh: /bin/ps: Operation not permitted

We need to either fix this (or declare that we plan to ignore this).

It apparently doesn't cause any problems.

That's caused by the sandboxing in place since MacPorts 2.2(?). Processes with sandboxing enabled can not run setuid binaries.
