Description
Cargo is the rust project and package manager: http://crates.io
Although it's in development, so is rust, projects seem to be switching to Cargo already, so it would be useful to have it be available alongside rust.

Now that rust is stable, I'll start working on a cargo port. I noticed it appears to have no versioning whatsoever.
EDIT: I may have spoken too soon. It looks like cargo can't be built using rust v1.

Any chance this will work now? Would love to have rust-1.1 and cargo in macports!
