Hmm, yes. The log says:

:info:configure The file /Applications/Utilities/X11.app does not exist.

This is a different symptom of the same problem reported in #39460.

    57My first complaint is that it installed texlive all over again. Now some packages are missing and I can't compile my latex documents. Plus I don't have the luxury of unlimited internet data. That little detail is going to cost me a lot in terms of time and money.
