    10 If you had the dbus port installed, and then you uninstalled MacPorts by using the "rm -rf ..." command to remove the MacPorts files, without having first run "sudo port uninstall installed" or "sudo port uninstall "dbus", that could explain the situation you're in. So if you think that's likely to have happened, then you can just delete the file /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist or let MacPorts rename it by running "sudo port -f activate dbus".
