Trouble making selfupdate

Hi

I have installed and agreed to xcode-select --install, but I still get this error, I've tried a lot of different suggestions from the WWW, but nothing works so far.

Sounds like your network prevents access to rsync servers. Talk to your network administrator about fixing that.
