osxfuse: OSXFUSEBuildTool() failed: no supported version of Xcode found - Xcode 7.2 OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan

Related to ​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/49486 which was fixed for Xcode v7.1. Seems broken for Xcode v7.2.
