Description
I am trying to install lscsoft-deps on OS X El Capitan from https://wiki.ligo.org/viewauth/DASWG/MacPorts but ldas tools keeps failing to install. I have cleaned, updated and upgraded. Output below, and log file attached.

There is a previous ticket similar to mine mentioning mentioning a patch, how do I use this?
