afflib won't build under 10.13 — at Initial Version

Description
Since upgrading to 10.13 and XCode 9, afflib will no longer build. The first problem was that it required osxfuse, which would not build. But, this ticket https://trac.macports.org/ticket/54939 contains a work around. Now that I can build and install osxfuse, I still can't build afflib.
