port "gohome" errors with "A keychain cannot be found." if Safari is not already running — at Initial Version

Description
If safari is _not_ running:
"port gohome gtk3" -> brings up “A keychain cannot be found”
Activity monitor shows safari is launched as my userID
Have to force-quit Safari
If safari is already running:
"port gohome gtk3" -> works correctly.
If safari is not running:
"open https://www.gtk.org"
works correctly.
