Install of qgis3 failed on OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. This is the error message:

I don't have a good explanation for you as to why MacPorts thinks it has fetched the PyQt5_gpl-5.10.tar.gz file, but in fact has not. The solution is to
sudo port clean py36-pyqt5
and try again.We're not mirroring distfiles automatically right now; see #53349. I've manually mirrored this file now. It should show up publicly within an hour. Try again then.
