Description
This occurs even after 'sudo port clean --all gutenprint'. The following is the relevant portion of output of 'sudo port -d install gutenprint'.
Other servers contacted, https://packages.macports.org/gutenprint, http://kmq.jp.packages.macports.org/gutenprint, http://fco.it.packages.macports.org/mirrors/macports-packages/gutenprint, returned 404.
