How long has this port been broken this way?

As far as I can tell from a quick search, Oracle closed java.net on April 28, 2017.

I did not see any warnings about the deprecation of that tool, but I have not been using it recently.

Looking around in the past few days, I could see that there are forks of the tool in Github, and that appbundler was not working out of the box for JDK 9 already.

Also, if I am correct, I found that appbundler has been replaced by the built-in function javapackager. I'll make the port obsolete and indicate the other command in the notes.
