#57271 closed defect (fixed)

gnuplot @5.2.4 does not seem to have a "pdflib" variant any more

Reported by: ballapete (Peter "Pete" Dyballa) Owned by: mojca (Mojca Miklavec)
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version:
Keywords: Cc:
Port: gnuplot

Description

Trying to install gnuplot +pdflib leads during the configure phase to the warning:

configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-pdf

Running ./configure --help gives no hint on using PDF. Could be the need for costing PDF Input Lib in PDFlib-Lite-7.0.5p3 has motivated this change? So mentioning this variant should be removed from Portfile.

P.S.: In Safari Version 12.0.1 (13606.2.100) on High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65) with a MacBook Pro that's too old for Mojave I cannot select the version of port. The list of versions appeared once on clicking on that button and now it's gone completely.

This was apparently removed on Nov 17, 2016 and ended up in version 5.2.0. Thanks for pointing it out.

The terminal itself is still in the sources though.
