py27-gobject does not pull in glib2

when building dependencies with +quartz (specifically, installling gimp2 +quartz -x11)

installation fails because of:

--->  Configuring py27-gobject
Error: Failed to configure py27-gobject: glib2 must be installed with +quartz.

This is on Snow Leopard, but It doesn't seem to be relevant in this case?

doesn't this mean that quartz is actually "default" and glib2 is put in as a dependency?
