    11The right X11 server to use on SnowLeopard is MacPorts' --- get rid of all others from everywhere, and install xorg-server or xorg-server-devel -- both are great, but I use xorg-server-devel as -- why not?

    3 Ionic -- I find mpv works just fine with the X11 backend. Everyone will be happy enough. It's certainly good enough for my needs.

    55I hacked mpv to run on 10.4 PPC but that's a bit too hacky for me to post up, I think. I'll stick it in my TigerPorts repo maybe. Anyways MPlayer works super good there. -- K
