I had libots installed. I just upgraded to 10.14 Mojave and followed the migration instructions to clean and reinstall. Now, libots fails to install. I've attached the log file.
Addendum by kencu: same error building on 10.6.8 from source.

This build failed for me as well on 10.6.8.
I found this patch <https://sources.debian.org/patches/ots/0.5.0-3/makefile-dependencies.patch/> and it fixes the build for me, but then running
otscaused a segfault. I didn't investigate further than that.
