See PRs ​#3283 and ​#3307. I haven't looked very hard, but maybe there's other examples in ​the list of all unlabeled PRs.

The thing I notice that's out of the ordinary with the portfiles involved in the two PRs I opened was that their maintainers line have openmaintainer first, i.e. maintainers openmaintainer {person1}, rather than openmaintainer last.
