See PRs ​#3283, ​#3307, and ​#3309. I haven't looked very hard, but maybe there's other examples in ​the list of all unlabeled PRs.

The thing I notice that's out of the ordinary with the portfiles involved in the PRs I opened was that some ports' maintainers line have openmaintainer first, i.e. maintainers openmaintainer {person1}, rather than openmaintainer last.
