    1 I am using emacs org-mode for a project and I have to use a lot of Latex. With this bug it is impossible to do a preview of latex code as org-mode uses **convert** utility to generate a png image from the an intermediate pdf file, which with ghostscript 2.27 fails with an "Abort trap:6" error due to this bug. Therefore I had to downgrade to ghostscript 2.26, as suggested in this [https://www.imagemagick.org/discourse-server/viewtopic.php?t=36183 thread]. Now that I did that, everything works! I followed the procedure outlined here: [https://trac.macports.org/wiki/howto/InstallingOlderPort]
