    1 the short and honest answer to that question is that I have -- possibly due to my own sensitivities in the matter -- found my fixes are often unappreciated.

    3 I am of course welcoming of a healthy degree of improvement -- and I will never underestimate how much I have learned from you in particular and others in general.

    6 And I will endeavour to be more "thick-skinned" and welcoming of improving critique. So I will suggest the fix to this port, and hope to start a whole new era of contributing and collaboration in so doing.
     1Let me see if I can put a fix together that might be acceptable in the main macports repo.
