This looks surprising to me, as I did not encounter this issue, and all bots have built the port successfully. Can you reproduce the error after running 

sudo port clean OpenBLAS
sudo port install OpenBLAS +native

(without +native, you can also install the binary, but I assume this is not what you are aiming for as you reached such an error).

If yes, could you attach the whole log?

Sorry, false alarm. This was caused by some upgrade issueeee. A fresh install ddddoesn't exhibit this.
