Ngspice needs clang-7.0, which might not be updated for Big Sur — at Version 3

Ngspice will not build under Big Sur, since it it depends on clang-7.0, which does not build under Big Sur. If I am correctly informed, clang-7.0 might not be updated, see ticket:61747. I request that Ngspice should be updated to depend on a supported version of clang.

I fixed that recently in [efe35a4a0f0819b52f6a987917c48404938da269/macports-ports].

Please try updating your ports tree to pick up those fixes, and then clean ngspice and try your build again.
