processing of port pgplot failed — at Initial Version

Description
Hello, I want to install pgplot using macports for mac osx Big Sur, and failed.
Error: Failed to build pgplot: command execution failed Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_graphics_pgplot/pgplot/main.log for details.
Checked the main.log file and got this:
