Description (last modified by neverpanic (Clemens Lang))
Following successful installation of the findutils
package, I attempted to use glocate
- which requires that gupdatedb
be run to build the database. gupdatedb
fails with the following message:
% sudo /opt/local/bin/gupdatedb gfind: failed to read file names from file system at or below '/': No such file or directory
Per suggestion of "@neverpanic" on IRC, I tried adding gupdatedb
to "Full Disk Access" in System Preferences, but no relief.
