Ticket #65483 – Description
initial v1 3 3 In troubleshooting, the first step was to look at the logs. I don't know where the logs are. There is nothing I saw in the documentation showing where the logs are. There is no log in either /var/log, /var/log/msyql., or /opt/local/var/db/mariadb-10.2. 4 4 5 I decided the only thing I could do was to reinstall the port for mariadb-10.6-server. After doing that, fortunately it is working again. Seems kind of odd though tthat a machine that was just left on its own for an hour should have mariadb die, and refuse to start.5 I decided the only thing I could do was to reinstall the port for mariadb-10.6-server. I have not had this issue before and been using mariadb since 10.2.
