While running a fresh install of MacPorts and installing epiphany it fails to install.
macOS Monterey 12.4

Both logs say:

data/meson.build:18:0: ERROR: Function does not take positional arguments.

This looks a lot like #65205 and #65295 so it probably has the same solution.
