I am trying to install rpm but I am getting the below error

I downloaded the files and the signature seems valid: 

% openssl dgst -ripemd160 -verify /opt/local/share/macports/macports-pubkey.pem -signature ./beecrypt-4.2.1_5.darwin_18.x86_64.tbz2.rmd160 ./beecrypt-4.2.1_5.darwin_18.x86_64.tbz2
Verified OK

Clean and try again? If that doesn't help, it's probably some form of MisbehavingServers and the file contents may give some clue.
