The following bad (target does not exist) symlink exists in the gimp2 port:
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 19 Aug 18 02:13 /opt/local/share/man/man1/gimp-console.1 -> gimp-console-2.10.1

Yes, this is caused by the same MacPorts base bug tracked in #61288. We worked around the problem in graphviz & graphviz-devel and, after reporting it to the developers, they fixed the problem at the source. We could similarly work around the problem in the gimp2 port and/or report it to the developers.
