Error: Port kolourpaint not found — at Initial Version

Description
I just found MacPorts and want to install Kolourpaint now.
First I executed xcode-select --install:
xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use "Software Update" in System Settings to install updates
Then I ran sudo port install kolourpaint, which gave this error message:
Error: Port kolourpaint not found
How can I install kolourpaint?
