svt-av1 checksum issue while trying to install gnuplot — at Initial Version

Description
While trying to install gnuplot, Macports gives the following error which has also been reported separately in ticket 68917 which is reported closed: ---> Fetching archive for svt-av1 ---> svt-av1-1.8.0_0.darwin_23.arm64.tbz2 doesn't seem to exist in /opt/local/var/macports/incoming/verified ---> Attempting to fetch svt-av1-1.8.0_0.darwin_23.arm64.tbz2 from https://packages.macports.org/svt-av1
