    4 Bring up to date isn't the issue. It's that one of these ports, whichever one is using XML::Parser, seems not to be declaring a dependency on it.

    66> /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.34/darwin-thread-multi-2level/XML/Parser.pm exists and contains package XML::Parser and is in @INC, so the obvious workaround of installing p5.34-xml-parser doesn't help
