Description
similar to #69493 groff asks for installation of commandlinetools to get m4 support. the fix described in https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/22984 i.e. adding port:m4 to depends_lib-append and configure.env M4=${prefix}/bin/gm4
seems to be a workaround for the issue
