    1919I do not know how the base handles this and what may go wrong. It was working before, and should work, I believe.

     21Could it be the same bug in the base when mistakes (again) test dependencies for build dependencies? Both packages share `R-distributions3`, maybe a bogus cycle is seen by the base.
