You reported a similar error against harfbuzz in #70018 and said it was resolved after you reinstalled some ports including gobject-introspection (which provides the apparently missing GModule-2.0.gir file). Are you now able to build gdk-pixbuf2 as well?

Maybe you hadn't fully "updated" your ports back to the earlier versions of glib2 / gobject-introspection after the problems with the new versions (#69748). In any case, glad it's working for you now.
