The download URL redirects to ​https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Fedorahosted-retirement which says fedorahosted.org was retired on March 1st, 2017.

gtk-nodoka-engine is the only port that still mentions fedorahosted.org.

I cannot find any new home for that project. Someone should try to contact the developers to see where it has moved to.
