I am trying to install qemu:

sudo port install qemu

and I am getting an error:

The qemu port enables the cocoa variant by default on macOS 10.14 and older. It may be the case that due to changes in the qemu code this variant can no longer build on 10.15. Try building without the cocoa variant:

sudo port clean qemu
sudo port install qemu -cocoa
