texlive-bibtex-extras appears to install biber-ms, but all it creates are two symlinks with a missing target.

macports 2.10.2, just updated, macOS 14.7 

% port contents texlive-bibtex-extra | grep biber | grep -v '/doc'

  /opt/local/libexec/texlive/texbin/biber-ms

% ls -l /opt/local/bin/biber-ms
