p5.34-ifeffit @1.2.13_2+gcc14 Failed to activate demeter: conflicting port

I am trying to install Demeter on my Mac (Sequoia 15.0.1). I was following the instruction from the ​https://bruceravel.github.io/demeter/documents/SinglePage/macinstallation.html . After installation of all ports in went to an error

Error: Failed to activate demeter: The following ports have active files that conflict with demeter's:
p5.34-ifeffit @1.2.13_2+gcc14
  /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.34/darwin-thread-multi-2level/Ifeffit.pm
Image error: Conflicting file(s) present. Please deactivate the conflicting port(s) first, or use 'port -f activate demeter' to force the activation.

I tried to deactivate the port, so after new attempt it was installed again and problem was not solved. Forced activation gives

Error: Failed to activate demeter: /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.34/darwin-thread-multi-2level/Ifeffit.pm /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.34/darwin-thread-multi-2level/Ifeffit.pm is not owned by this entry
    while executing
